It is an application for mobile devices, which allows residents of the State of Colima to generate a Self-diagnosis of COVID-19, generate a Video call as well as an emergency to the C5 Operations Center (Coordination, Control, Command, Computing and Communications Center) , registration of the citizens GPS positioning and consultation of information about COVID-19, in order to guide and channel people with COVID-19 conditions or symptoms to provide support through the C5 Operations Center (specialized personnel), without the need to expose citizens when leaving their homes.
